My Favorite American Seafood Recipe!
My Mom's birthday is coming and I'm looking for ways to treat her on her special day. Then I've thought that it would be really cool to cook her a really good meal! So I immediately went to http://www.greatamericanseafoodcookoff.com/, the best seafood recipe website wherein you can make great food by following simple recipes which are made by top American chefs who are expert in their field.
Since I was a kid, I already noticed that my Mom likes shrimps and I was really lucky to find this recipe that's really simple and looks so yummy! It's called Louisiana Shrimp and Andouille Cassoulet made by Chef Bryan Landry from Louisiana. I really love this recipe coz it's easy and I'm sure, it's very healthy. I'm also a fan of seafood and shrimp is, in my opinion, just the best! There are many benefits of using domestic seafood; it's fresh, healthy and has a really great taste!
In the website's recipe page, you can see that the ingredients and the process are neatly laid out. Very easy to understand and what's cool about it is that there's also an instructional video! I just love Great American Seafood Cook Off!
I've already downloaded the recipe and I'm ready for my cook off! This would be really fun! I hope my Mom would like this, I'm sure she will!

Miu Miu Bicolor Bowling Bag
I've watched Miu Miu's Fall 08 show and I was half impressed, half depressed. I love the structured sillhouettes (which is also the trend this fall), but I just don't get the initials. Each outfit has a brooch initials of the model wearing it, example, Sasha Pivovarova's wearing an SP brooch. And even in the ad campaign, Vanessa Paradis is has VP in her outfit. The ad campaigns surfaces and here's what I found! Raquel Zimmerman for Fendi this Fall. The ad was shot by the House designer himself, Karl Lagerfeld. I just observed something.. This fall, Karl Lagerfeld seems to fancy short wigs. The Chanel ad has some wiggies, and now Fendi has wiggies! I think Karl's inspired by Anna Wintour! Haha!
